Nutrition is an integral part of our program and pivotal to keeping fit and healthy, full of energy, clear headed and achieving your optimum weight. Ideal for those doing shift work, wishing to lose weight, increase performance & 'brain power' and wake up feeling fresher and more energised.

Founder & Nutritionist is Hilary Kingston, former Director at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, London. Hilary then set up ThinkNutrition Limited and pioneered Nutrition in the corporate market. Hilary been a nutritionist for over 10 years and has helped thousands of clients in London's leading corporates: Sony, BUPA, BBC, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Readers Digest, Rolls Royce as well as the Houses of Parliament and St James Palace.

After helping thousands of clients (over 5,000) she decided to help her clients on a more profound level through Life Coaching, Healing, Kinesiology & Reiki. Today, Hilary is still helping those in the corporate market with a holistic approach to health & stress management to increase productivity. A clearer more positive mind, increased concentration & memory, sustained energy levels throughout the day and relief of built up tension & anxiety have all helped to increase performance in the workplace.

She also has a Wellbeing company helping women with fertility & conception, pregnancy & post pregnancy and as well as symptoms of the menopause and PMS issues.

Recently Hilary ran the Marriott Hotel & Executive Apartments Spa and Gym under an awarded contract offering a 5 Star service comprising of health, fitness and wellbeing to hotel guests from around the world and residents of the Executive Apartments. This included holistic relaxation treatments, reiki, 6 week plans for health and wellbeing, deep tissue massage and weight loss programs.

Hilary is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, REPS Level 3 and has helped people in Cyprus while on sabatical, to achieve wonderful results both with weight and with changing negative habits to lead fulfilling lives with loved ones and family.
